Five different playful scenarios in 3D environment help you test your innovation skills. The scenarios are loosely tied to a backstory of an anonymous employee in an average SME. The player is put in the role of this employee, and then has to go through these scenarios, each of which has a different objective.
The tool helps apply, assess and train in innovation management skills, through a self-guided process, while also providing for the option to be supported by a facilitator.

Who Are WE

With the support of the Lifelong Learning Programme of the European Union, a project team consisting of a Higher Education Foundation, a University, four companies specialized in consultancy, training and research and an European Network of Education, Innovation and DEvelopment of New Technologies, led by the Fundación General Universidad Empresa, is developing the project i-skills – Fostering innovation Skills as Key Competences for improving Employanility of PhDs in SMEs.
